Mobile Broadband Network Limited (MBNL), the joint venture between T-Mobile UK and H3G UK, has been set up to increase coverage for both companies and reduce running costs of their networks. Approximately 5,000 duplicate sites from parties’ combined existing cell site portfolios are expected to be de-commissioned.

Having been the asset recovery partner for T-Mobile for more than 6 years, the partnership will continue strongly with the MBNL joint venture, managing the assets with maximum financial efficiency and care for the environment."
