Over the recent years LED lighting technology has rapidly developed and manufacturers provide a wide range of lighting to suit all kinds of environments from the fast food industry, to the ambient requirements of 5 star hotels.

Shields provides a range of LED lighting and LED fluorescent replacements that can save up to 94% or electricity, if for example a standard 50 watt diachronic spotlight is replaced by a 3 watt LED spotlight.

Our LED fluorescent replacement can save up to 65% over conventional fluorescent lighting. Shields’ LED spot lights are commercial fittings that can last up to 15 years. This means considerable savings in bulb replacement and labour costs and when added to the energy saving, huge cost savings are achievable. The lighting chips are manufactured with high quality Philips CREE chips to guarantee luminosity.

One of our customers, a fast food retail outlet, cut their lighting costs from £1450 per annum to £85 by replacing their conventional diachronic spotlights with Shields LED lighting.
